CAHN's health streams

Health Hour is delivered by the Caribbean & African Health Network. CAHN's research identified six health areas where Caribbean and African communities face the biggest gaps: mental and emotional health, cancer, cardiovascular health, respiratory conditions, blood, blood borne and immunological conditions, and reproductive and sexual health. Most Health Hour sessions sit within one of these streams, and we cover wider topics too.

There's something for everyone, whether you're a:

  • Community member
  • Healthcare professional
  • Student
  • Someone supporting Black people in care settings
CAHN's six health streams: mental and emotional health, respiratory conditions, blood, blood borne and immunological conditions, reproductive and sexual health, cardiovascular, and cancer.
